Our former principal, Herr Hans Molzahn, passed away on the 27th of December, 2012. Congratulations to the Class of 2012! All the best for your future. Welcome to the JFKS Alumni community. To see the new logo of the JFKS: see www.jfks.de The Net Proceeds from the FUN DAY were € 224,-. 25% from this will go to the JFKS. We have just heard that former teacher, Mrs. Steffie Samuels, passed away in May at the age of 61. She had lived in Minnesota. Thanks so much for all the help and cake donations on the 4th of July, 2010. We did quite well. We took in € 318,-!! € 200,- will be used to help finance the "Alumni" 50th Anniversary T-shirts. The rest will be used for our Fun Day booth and / or the Alumni Dance on the 2nd of October Please do delete E-mail addresses in the Alumni Directory that you do not need or that are "old". Thanks. Many of you have more that 3 addresses (sometimes the same one twice!). Do you really need to have that many in the directory? The JFKS School Store opens every Wednesday from 12:30 until ca. 15:00. The Botanical Garden in Berlin has announced that it has named a certain part of its garden exhibits in remembrance of Dr. Friederike Schaumann (Class of `92) who had died in 2004. WE STILL HAVE JFKS ALUMNI MOUSEPADS... They will be sold at every Stammtisch, the upcoming Fun Day, and at other social events!

Statistics: - The email directory is growing and growing - now containing addresses of former JFKS students and teachers.

P.S.: Though many, many alumni are included in our online directory there are still a good number of people missing. If you meet any of them, please tell them about this wonderful project and where to find it so they can profit from this as well... :o)
